Requesting Data Deletion

You may choose to delete your VetNotes account and all associated data at any time. Note that this is permanent and irreversible. Please save any data externally that you need in future.

Data deleted includes all data associated with the Web App, Play Store app (VetNotes - AI Scribe for Vets), and IOS app.

Deletion steps:

1. Email contact@vetnotes.com, with the subject line "Account Deletion"

   • Note the email must match the email associated with you account.

   • Alternatively, you can delete only the data associated with your account, but retain the existing login and password. Use the subject line "Data only deletion" to specify this.

2. You will be notified when your data has been deleted. This is normally within 4 hours.

No data is retained after your deletion. Please ensure any data you need has been saved elsewhere.
