Privacy and trust are non negotiable
VetNotes is built by vets for vets. We help you document consultations — we do not make clinical decisions. Your data stays under your control, with transparent handling you can explain to your team and your clients.
Choose your data region
Configure where consultation audio is stored — Sydney (Australia) or London (UK). Clinical data runs on ISO 27001-certified cloud infrastructure with strict access controls.
Protected with bank-grade encryption
Consultations and clinical notes are protected with strong encryption in transit and at rest, alongside role-based access for your practice.
We don't train external AI on your data
Your data remains yours. VetNotes uses proprietary processing, and our third-party processors do not retain your data or use it to train models.
Trusted by vets and veterinary organisations
Used across small animal, emergency, specialist and enterprise practices
How we protect your practice data
ISO 27001 infrastructure
VetNotes runs on Google Cloud Platform and AWS — both ISO 27001-certified cloud providers.
Encryption in transit and at rest
All data, including audio and text, is encrypted when it moves across the network and when it is stored.
Logical separation and access control
Each account's data is logically separated in the database. Role-based permissions control who in your practice can view and edit records.
Retention you control
Delete recordings, transcripts, and notes at any time. Configure automatic deletion on a schedule that suits your practice.
No external model training
Your data is not used to train external AI models. Third-party processors handle tasks under agreements that prohibit retention after completion.
99.99% uptime
Enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure designed for reliable access during clinic hours and beyond.
